The lead system we built for a South Carolina roofing company
Roof Tech had been roofing since 2018, with no presence online at all.
We built all of it from scratch: logo and brand, website, Google profile, Facebook and Instagram, ad campaigns and flyers. Here's the work, and what it produced.

Years of customers. Invisible online.
Roof Tech Contractors is a family-owned, woman-owned roofing and exteriors company in Conway, South Carolina, in business since 2018. They had customers and years of work behind them, but no digital footprint at all: no website, no Google profile, no Facebook or Instagram, no ads. Anyone searching for a roofer online couldn't find them.
They needed a system that turns someone searching at 9pm into a phone ringing.

What we built03 / 08
Built from scratch, then switched on.
We built the site from scratch on Wix Studio, with 57 service-area pages — one for every city and county they cover across South Carolina and southeastern North Carolina, each with its own local detail, permit information and FAQs, all driven from a single content system. We set up their Google Business Profile and took it through full verification — licence, insurance and background check — which earns the Google Verified badge that sits above the normal search results.
Then the demand side: Local Services Ads across their whole service area, and Google and Facebook ad campaigns. Every website enquiry fires a text message to the owner and the operations manager the moment it lands — name, number, service and address — so nobody has to watch an inbox. Conversion tracking on every form and phone tap means each channel is judged on leads, not clicks.

The branding refresh completely elevated our look. Serram redesigned our logo and created a consistent style that help us feel proud of how we present ourselves. Couldn't ask for a better team to work with.

Questions contractors ask us.
Straight answers, including the ones where we don't have a number. Tap a question to open it.
Q.01What did you actually install for Roof Tech?+
Everything, because they started with nothing online. A Wix Studio website with 57 service-area pages, one for each town and county they serve in South and North Carolina. Their Google Business Profile. Local Services Ads, the Google ads that charge per lead instead of per click. Conversion tracking, so every form fill is counted. And lead routing: a quote request from the website goes out automatically as a text message to two phones and an email to the office. We also designed their logo and brand, set up their Facebook and Instagram, and made their flyers.
Q.02How fast does a lead reach the owner?+
As soon as the form is submitted, the name, phone number and job go out by text to the owner's and the operations manager's phones, and by email. Nobody has to log in to a dashboard to find it. Local Services Ads messages come straight from Google. We don't publish a response time because we haven't measured one.
Q.03Why did you shut off a Google ad campaign?+
The Performance Max campaign was getting clicks, but in its final 30 days to 8 September 2026, 98.3% of them came from display banners on apps and websites. Only 0.4% came from Google Search. Someone who taps a banner while reading a website isn't looking for a roofer. We ended it on 8 September 2026 and kept Local Services Ads running, where the person has asked Google for a roofer.
Q.04Do you only work in South Carolina?+
No. Roof Tech is a reference, not a territory. We work with contractors in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and beyond, and everything we install runs remotely. It also means a Chester County contractor can see the proof here without a competitor down the road seeing theirs.
Q.05How does pricing work?+
There's no package and no price list. Every project is quoted after a short call, at no charge and with no obligation. We build to your budget and to what your business actually needs. Some contractors need the whole system. Some need their Google profile fixed and a way to stop missing calls. Your ad accounts stay in your name and are billed to your own card.
Q.06What do the first 30 days look like?+
It depends on what you already have, but the order doesn't change. First we get access to your accounts and check what's there. Then tracking and lead routing, so every call and form is counted and reaches your phone. Then your Google Business Profile. Ads go on only after tracking works. On day 30 you get a written summary: what's live, what it has produced and what we'd change next.
